• Be cautious of urgency, unusual payment requests, copied photos or prices that seem unrealistic.
• Never share passwords, verification codes, bank logins or identity documents in marketplace messages.

Private contact access

• Seller numbers are not public and should only be requested for a genuine listing enquiry.
• Verify your own WhatsApp number through Please Reuse before requesting private seller contact.
• Never ask another person to share a verification code, and report unwanted or abusive contact.

Meeting and handover

• Prefer a well-lit public place and tell someone where you are going.
• Inspect and test the item before paying or accepting it.
• Do not publish an exact home address. Share pickup details privately only when necessary.
• For vehicles, verify ownership, registration, inspection history and transfer requirements through official UAE channels.

Payments

• Free means free—do not pay deposits, delivery fees or reservation charges for a free listing.
• Do not send advance payment when you cannot verify the person or item.
• Please Reuse does not currently process marketplace payments or guarantee transactions.

If something feels wrong

Stop the conversation, do not send money or sensitive information, preserve relevant messages and contact Please Reuse support when the support channel is published. For immediate danger or suspected crime, contact the appropriate UAE authorities.
